From the Commanders office: Monthly awards

I have been tracking everyone's stats for a couple of months now to get a sense of where everyone is at in their gameplay.  I decided I would like to set up an award system to honor players that are making the most of their experience in World of Tanks.  The purpose of these recognitions is to inspire players to pay attention to their stats and be encouraged by their progress.  Sometimes I can't win a game to save my life and then I am surprised to see my other stats go up!  

Here are the stats I am looking at and why:

Battles-  Participation is key here.  If you don't play you can't get better.
Win %-  Simply put, "you play to win the game" (a Herm Edwards quote to all you Jets/football fans  ).
Kill ratio-  Eliminating guns is the best way to win games
damage ratio-  sometimes you run into kill stealers
wn8 rating - because some of us don't run KV-1s' all the time!
